The Procurement Offices of Lake County (POOL) is an informal operational group comprised of various governmental purchasing offices in Lake County, Florida. This group was formed to:

• Exchange ideas
• Expand strategic resourcing and consolidated purchasing programs
• Encourage participation of Lake County (and all other) vendors in the purchasing programs of all POOL partners
